Summary of Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with government donors
- Support resource-mobilisation and replenishment strategies
- Analyse donor policies, plans and funding trends
- Advise senior management on donor engagement
- Prepare briefings, presentations and responses to donor queries
- Coordinate donor meetings, visits and events
- Align Secretariat teams around donor engagement
- Track follow-up actions and operational delivery
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in social or political science, public administration, international relations, development or a comparable field, or equivalent professional training, self-study or work experience
- At least three years of experience managing grants, projects or programmes and coordinating projects in a multi-stakeholder setting
- Experience working with donor representation
- Excellent knowledge of English
Desired Criteria
- Resource-mobilisation track record in a multilateral setting
- Practical field experience in a developing country
- Global-health donor experience
- Good working knowledge of donor-portfolio languages
- Knowledge of another language
