Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain regional donor-engagement workplans and strategic partnerships
- Coordinate government, private-sector, foundation and multilateral partner engagement across MENA
- Lead donor meetings, briefings, visits and high-level engagements with appropriate protocol
- Advance resource-mobilisation opportunities with Gulf National Societies, governments, funds and foundations
- Negotiate and register pledges, track payments and ensure donor requirements are understood
- Coordinate proposals, concept notes, funding plans and donor reports with operational and technical teams
- Analyse funding trends, risks, gaps and partner priorities and maintain engagement knowledge systems
Requirements
- University degree in international relations, political science, communications, humanitarian affairs, business administration, economics, finance or a related field
- At least five years of relevant donor-relations, international-organization or diplomatic-engagement experience, including three years managing donor and partner relations
- Experience engaging Gulf Cooperation Council governments, donors, humanitarian funds or foundations
- Experience developing funding proposals, monitoring and reporting, and implementing funding plans
- Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic
