Responsibilities

  • Diversify the country office funding and partnership base
  • Develop investment cases, funding proposals and policy products
  • Research donors and map partnership opportunities
  • Support senior management in external relations and high-level meetings
  • Strengthen engagement with traditional and non-traditional partners
  • Produce strategic communications and results narratives
  • Establish sustainable resource-mobilisation systems and pipelines

Requirements

  • Academic background in international development, international relations, communications, public relations, political science, economics, business administration, marketing, social sciences, public policy or a related field
  • At least five years of progressively responsible experience in resource mobilisation, strategic partnerships, donor relations, programme development, external relations, communications or a closely related field
  • Demonstrated production of investment cases, policy briefs, concept notes, funding proposals or strategic communications products
  • Excellent bilingual drafting ability in French and English
