Responsibilities
- Analyse partnership landscapes, funding opportunities and donor trends
- Prepare briefs for senior management engagement with partners
- Draft concept notes and donor-compliant proposals
- Coordinate programme inputs and quality assurance for donor reports
- Maintain partnership and funding-pipeline records
Requirements
- Advanced degree in a relevant field, or a first degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least two years of relevant experience with an advanced degree, or four years with a first degree
- Fluency in English and in Dari or Pashto
- Afghan nationality
