Overview
Leads UNICEF Ukraine’s partnerships and resource mobilization across governments, financial institutions, foundations, civil society and businesses. The manager supervises the unit, scans opportunities and risks, brokers funding agreements, advises senior leaders and shapes outreach that increases resources and policy influence.

Responsibilities
- Set the Partnerships Unit workplan, targets and performance measures
- Supervise staff and guide delivery against priorities and timelines
- Develop annual partnership engagement and resource mobilization strategies
- Identify prospective partners and broker funding agreements
- Advise senior management on corporate and government engagement
- Maintain partner intelligence, contact networks and opportunity pipelines
- Lead high-level outreach, policy influence and collaboration initiatives
- Develop recommendations and communication inputs from partnership trends
Requirements
- Advanced degree in international relations, political science, communications, international development or a related field
- At least eight years of experience in resource mobilization, external relations, programme management, public affairs or a related area
- Fluency in English
