Programme Officer (Partnership)

Supports UNICEF Türkiye’s public-sector donor partnerships by tracking commitments, reports and amendments, coordinating donor engagement, monitoring programme and financial performance, and preparing proposals, briefs and compliant reports for funded programmes.

• Track partnership commitments, reports and visibility requirements
• Coordinate donor meetings, field missions and joint monitoring visits
• Draft concept notes, proposals, donor briefs and compliant reports
• Monitor programme and financial performance and flag delivery risks

• University degree in a listed social or public-policy field or another relevant technical field
• At least one year of relevant professional experience
• Fluency in English

• Temporary appointment for 364 days
• Appointment is subject to medical clearance and background checks
