Overview
The officer will support IOM Mali's programme development, donor reporting, resource mobilisation and liaison work, including support to the UN Network on Migration and migration-related government engagement.

Responsibilities
- Supervise programme support staff and contribute to results-based programme and project development
- Support donor reporting, project documentation and alignment with IOM strategic frameworks
- Research funding opportunities, donor priorities and calls for proposals to support resource mobilisation
- Maintain working relationships with donors, government counterparts, diplomatic missions and project partners
- Organize donor briefings, visits and capacity-building on project development and reporting
Requirements
- Master's degree in international relations, international development, political or social sciences, migration studies, law or a related field with 2 years of relevant experience, or university degree with 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting results-based project development and reporting in the international development or humanitarian sector
- Confirmed experience in donor report writing in humanitarian or development settings
- Experience in results-based management or other strategic planning approaches
- Fluency in English and French
