Overview

Supports the Lima-based Andean human resources team across recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, labour compliance and HR information systems. The internship provides practical experience while helping deliver consistent support to staff across regional operations.

Responsibilities

  • Publish vacancies in accordance with personnel regulations
  • Support application screening and contact candidates for preliminary assessment
  • Coordinate psychometric and virtual assessments and prepare interview packs
  • Conduct reference checks and track onboarding documentation
  • Maintain leave records and guide staff in the time-off system
  • Keep employment contracts and personnel files compliant with local labour law
  • Maintain accurate HR system records and guide staff in using HR platforms

Requirements

  • Graduate qualification in Human Resources, Administration or a related field
  • At least one year of experience in human resources processes, including pre-professional placements
  • At least six months of experience in personnel administration
  • At least six months of experience with ERP or human resources information systems
  • At least six months of experience in personnel selection
  • Knowledge of human resources procedures, policies and local labour law
  • Fluent written and spoken Spanish and intermediate-to-advanced written and spoken English
