Responsibilities

  • Update and administer annual client satisfaction surveys
  • Analyse survey results and prepare presentations
  • Coordinate recruitment interviews and reference checks
  • Draft interview reports and recruitment documentation
  • Prepare briefings and learning-development materials
  • Manage Global Coffee Roulette and other programme activities

Requirements

  • Final-year bachelor student, current master student or recent master graduate under UNDP internship rules
  • Study in social science, economics, business, human resources, communications or equivalent
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Fluency in English
