Summary of Responsibilities
- Contribute to documents, working papers and concept notes on assigned HR work areas
- Collect, organise and analyse data
- Support development of technical inputs for new interventions or projects
- Conduct research and reviews for documents and presentations
- Prepare communication materials
- Provide administrative and logistical support for briefings, information sessions and workshops
Role Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 20 years old
- Applicants must be enrolled in the third or final year of a Bachelor degree, enrolled in a second university degree, Master or PhD, or have completed a degree within the previous 12 months
- Technical or vocational applicants must be in the last year of studies or have graduated within the previous 12 months
- Excellent written and spoken English or French
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems and office-related software
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to an international working environment
Desired Criteria
- Working knowledge of the other language, English or French, is an asset and may be required for secretarial or assistantship assignments at Headquarters
