Drives resource mobilisation and partnership development for the Muskoka Multi-Partner Trust Fund, cultivating public and private donors, advising participating countries and coordinating advocacy and engagement to sustain maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health programmes.

Responsibilities
- Design engagement and fundraising strategies to grow public and private resources for the Muskoka fund
- Identify funding sources and monitor and recalibrate fundraising channels
- Advise participating countries on partnerships, resource mobilisation and leveraging
- Build relationships with embassies, missions and public and private partners
- Advocate for partnerships with regional, international, intergovernmental and civil-society stakeholders
- Support regional and country fundraising through advocacy and communication
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in International Relations, Political Science, Communications, International Development or a relevant field, or for eligible internal staff a first university degree with two additional years of experience
- At least five years of professional experience in public affairs, programme management, resource mobilisation, external relations or a relevant area
- Experience building and managing partnerships and mobilising and leveraging resources
- Strong knowledge of and experience working in West and Central Africa
- Fluency in English and French
