Partnerships Consultant (Multi-Country)

Strengthens multi-country strategic partnerships across UNICEF East Asia and Pacific, coordinating donor stewardship, grant implementation, reporting and knowledge sharing among country offices, national committees and headquarters to fulfil commitments and develop future resource-mobilisation opportunities.

Department: Private Fundraising and Partnerships, Global Philanthropy, East Asia and Pacific Regional Office

• Coordinate multi-country strategic partnerships across UNICEF East Asia and Pacific
• Manage donor commitments, grant implementation, reporting and stewardship activities
• Align partnership delivery across country offices, area offices, national committees and headquarters
• Engage strategic regional donors and maintain effective partnership relationships
• Strengthen partnership knowledge management and coordination across participating teams
• Identify and support future resource-mobilisation opportunities

• Master’s degree in International Relations, Development Assistance or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree with at least seven years of related experience
• At least five years of relevant experience in partnership management, grant oversight, donor stewardship or resource mobilisation
• Experience managing proposals, grant implementation, reporting and engagement for private donors, foundations, faith-based organisations or strategic partners
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing complex partnership portfolios
• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Remote consultancy for 11 months
