Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and monitor the UN Country Team partnership strategy
- Build relationships with government, private sector, civil society and development partners
- Conduct partnership due diligence and advise on opportunities and risks
- Design resource-mobilisation initiatives and analyse donor and funding streams
- Support Cooperation Framework funding, joint programmes and pooled-fund management
- Advise on SDG-financing instruments and prepare proposals and briefs
- Maintain donor intelligence, analyse partnership data and share effective practices
Requirements
- Advanced degree in business or public administration, sustainable development, social sciences, education or a related field, or a first degree with two additional years of experience
- At least five years of progressively responsible partnership, programme-management or resource-mobilisation experience
- Experience designing partnerships and resource-mobilisation strategies across government, private sector and civil society
- Project or programme proposal-development experience
- English at UN Level II
- Namibian nationality
