Summary of Responsibilities

  • Lead GDHCN trust-architecture governance and operating models
  • Oversee interoperability infrastructure and international standards
  • Develop sustainability and business-model strategies
  • Build partnerships with health authorities and technology providers
  • Monitor infrastructure performance and continuous improvement

Role Requirements

  • Advanced degree in health informatics, computer science, public health or a related field
  • At least ten years of digital-health or digital-public-infrastructure experience
  • Expert knowledge of English

Desired Criteria

  • PhD in a relevant field
  • Certification in HL7 FHIR, IHE, PKI, cybersecurity or enterprise architecture
  • PMP or PRINCE2 project-management training
  • Experience with trust frameworks, digital verification systems or open-source digital-health tools
  • Intermediate knowledge of French
