AIIB is recruiting a Senior Digital Program Specialist to lead cybersecurity engineering in Beijing. The role manages cybersecurity operations and team capability, directs the design and integration of security technologies, executes the Bank's cyber roadmap, improves resilience and controls, and ensures technologies and services align with strategy and security standards.

• Lead the cybersecurity team in delivering cybersecurity services and engineering capabilities
• Lead planning, design, deployment, testing and integration of cybersecurity technologies
• Develop and execute the Bank's cybersecurity technology roadmap
• Assess cybersecurity capability maturity and implement resilience improvements
• Contribute to cybersecurity frameworks, policies, standards and procedures
• Assess and remediate cybersecurity risks, control deficiencies and audit findings

• At least 8-10 years of direct experience building and configuring cybersecurity technologies
• Master's degree or equivalent in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering or a related field, or comprehensive professional experience in lieu of a master's degree
• People-management and leadership experience managing cybersecurity professionals
• Strong cybersecurity-engineering experience designing secure, resilient and scalable enterprise solutions
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
