Digital Program Specialist (Digital Strategy and Governance)

Strengthens AIIB’s IT Department through strategic planning, governance coordination and organisational-improvement work. The specialist aligns cross-functional initiatives with business priorities, develops executive portfolio insight, supports knowledge and productivity programmes, and turns technology research and benchmarking into recommendations for stronger digital capabilities.

• Represent ITD in delegated Bank-wide initiatives, working groups and institutional programmes
• Coordinate ITD participation in Bank-wide initiatives and implementation of agreed actions
• Prepare briefing materials, benchmarking reports and recommendations from external engagements
• Develop executive dashboards and analyse portfolio performance, business outcomes and delivery trends
• Maintain governance templates, playbooks and guidance with ITD subject-matter experts
• Coordinate digital productivity initiatives that use AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve ITD effectiveness

• At least eight years of relevant professional experience in digital strategy, IT governance, enterprise PMO functions, business analysis, management consulting, organisational improvement or related disciplines
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, computer science, organisational development or a related discipline
• Demonstrated ability to conduct research, benchmarking and comparative analysis and translate findings into practical recommendations
• Good understanding of enterprise IT, AI, business process management, portfolio management and modern software-delivery practices
• Excellent command of written and spoken English

• Experience working in consulting firms, international organisations or financial institutions
• Experience participating in international working groups, industry forums or collaborative programmes involving multiple organisations
• Experience applying AI tools, digital workplace technologies or workflow improvements
