Job Description

Provides the AIIB Complaints-resolution, Evaluation and Integrity Unit's front office with strategic coordination, business planning, governance administration and operational-management support. The officer consolidates planning and reporting across independent oversight functions, manages budget and workflow processes, supports leadership and Board deliverables, and improves knowledge, governance and digital systems across the unit.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage annual work plans, OKRs and multiyear planning frameworks
  • Consolidate planning and reporting inputs from CEIU functions
  • Monitor implementation progress and prepare leadership updates
  • Prepare governance deliverables and Board committee submissions
  • Manage internal governance documentation, version control and compliance checks
  • Monitor unit budgets, expenditure and resource trackers
  • Support staffing processes and consultant administration
  • Improve knowledge-management, reporting, workflow and digital systems

Role Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent in public administration, economics, business administration, international development or a related field
  • At least ten years of relevant experience in business management, strategy, governance or corporate operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Proficiency in digital tools and systems for planning, reporting, knowledge management and communication
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Desired Criteria

  • Experience in a front office, planning office, evaluation, audit or policy unit
  • Experience with SharePoint, tracking dashboards or workflow systems
  • Experience within multilateral development banks, international organizations or oversight functions
