Directs UNFICYP’s Operations and Resource Management pillar in Nicosia, overseeing human resources, finance, technology and procurement. The chief aligns mission planning and resources with strategy, leads risk and performance management, and supervises service continuity and information security.

Department: Operations and Resource Management

• Lead human-resources, finance, technology and procurement functions across mission support
• Plan staffing, budgets, logistics and technology and monitor operational performance and risks
• Oversee business continuity, information security, service management and improvement initiatives

• Advanced university degree in a relevant management field, or bachelor’s degree plus two additional years of experience
• At least ten years of relevant professional experience
• At least five years of managerial experience in UN peacekeeping missions
• English at UN Level III
