Overview
IOM seeks a Head of Resources Management to lead treasury, budgeting, financial controls, donor reporting, human resources, procurement, logistics and administrative services for its Nigeria mission, advising senior leadership and serving as officer-in-charge when required.

Responsibilities
- Forecast cash flows and oversee treasury, funding receipt and disbursement controls
- Prepare and monitor country-office and project budgets and prevent deficits
- Review payroll allocations, donor reports and mission financial sustainability
- Strengthen internal controls and manage financial expenditure and accountability
- Lead human resources, recruitment and personnel administration
- Supervise procurement, logistics, fleet, premises and support services
- Represent IOM in UN operations forums and serve as officer-in-charge when required
Requirements
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, management or a related field with seven years of relevant experience, or a university degree with nine years
- Experience across financial management, accounting and budgeting
- Experience in human resources, procurement and logistics
- Experience using an enterprise resource planning system
- Fluent English
