Provides second-level international staff administration support from IOM's Manila shared-services centre. Responsibilities
- Validate international staff HR transactions and supporting documentation
- Resolve complex personnel cases and provide policy-based guidance
- Monitor service-level indicators, workloads and case quality
- Coach HR processing staff and provide functional desk leadership
- Identify process gaps and improve procedures, controls and system use
- Administer onboarding, contract changes, separations or staff entitlements according to assigned desk
Requirements
- Master's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or a related field with two years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree with four years
- Experience in human resources or personnel administration
- Experience using an enterprise resource planning system
