Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for headquarters A1-B3 vacancies and other job categories as needed
- Guide departmental HR teams on recruitment policies, procedures and best practices
- Partner with HR business partners and hiring departments across the recruitment lifecycle
- Coordinate recruitment operations with HR Analysts to ensure accuracy, timeliness and customer service
- Respond to inquiries from hiring managers, departmental HR teams and candidates
- Collaborate with Talent and Total Rewards centres of expertise on policy and programme implementation
- Improve recruitment policies, procedures and operational practices
- Monitor labour market developments and emerging talent acquisition practices
Requirements
- Master's degree in human resources, business administration, organisational development or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with at least six years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of HR operations with expertise in recruitment processes, policies and talent acquisition best practices
- Strong judgment, professionalism and discretion with confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across functions, levels and cultures
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
