Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for headquarters A1-B3 vacancies and other job categories as needed
  • Guide departmental HR teams on recruitment policies, procedures and best practices
  • Partner with HR business partners and hiring departments across the recruitment lifecycle
  • Coordinate recruitment operations with HR Analysts to ensure accuracy, timeliness and customer service
  • Respond to inquiries from hiring managers, departmental HR teams and candidates
  • Collaborate with Talent and Total Rewards centres of expertise on policy and programme implementation
  • Improve recruitment policies, procedures and operational practices
  • Monitor labour market developments and emerging talent acquisition practices

Requirements

  • Master's degree in human resources, business administration, organisational development or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with at least six years of relevant professional experience
  • Knowledge of HR operations with expertise in recruitment processes, policies and talent acquisition best practices
  • Strong judgment, professionalism and discretion with confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across functions, levels and cultures
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
