Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver HR communication messages across area and field offices
- Support implementation of the Global Staff Survey action plan at area and field office level
- Manage effective onboarding experiences with hiring managers
- Guide managers and employees on implementing the WFP People Policy and mutual commitments
- Build performance culture and quality-assure performance management practices
- Support supervisors in developing terms of reference with deliverables and KPIs
- Champion gender mainstreaming and diversity and inclusion initiatives in the workplace
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for area and field office positions
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in human resource management, public or business administration, industrial psychology or another relevant field, or first university degree with additional experience or training
- Minimum of three years of postgraduate professional experience in human resources and development, customer service and administration, or five years with a first university degree
- Fluency in oral and written English, including strong writing skills
