Responsibilities
- Support WHO programme operations, workplans, workshops, missions and administrative workflows
- Provide secretariat support for Operations Management Team meetings and action tracking
- Compile operational, financial and programme data for planning and management reporting
- Maintain expenditure, procurement, travel, inventory and asset-management records
- Track operational results, risks, lessons and corrective actions
- Organise records, shared repositories and audit documentation
- Coordinate operational engagement with UN agencies, government, donors and service providers
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in business administration, economics, international relations, public management and governance or a related field
- Demonstrated interest or experience in administrative support, office management or business operations
