Responsibilities

  • Support WHO programme operations, workplans, workshops, missions and administrative workflows
  • Provide secretariat support for Operations Management Team meetings and action tracking
  • Compile operational, financial and programme data for planning and management reporting
  • Maintain expenditure, procurement, travel, inventory and asset-management records
  • Track operational results, risks, lessons and corrective actions
  • Organise records, shared repositories and audit documentation
  • Coordinate operational engagement with UN agencies, government, donors and service providers

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in business administration, economics, international relations, public management and governance or a related field
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in administrative support, office management or business operations
  • English proficiency
