Integration Services Lead

Leads WFP’s enterprise integration practice across API, custom and AI services. The consultant sets architecture standards, supervises technical teams, governs cloud-native delivery and security, improves observability and developer experience, and guides interoperable digital platforms.

Department: Technology Digital Services

• Define the enterprise integration vision, roadmap and maturity model
• Lead integration staff and vendors across API, custom and AI services
• Establish architecture patterns, standards and governance
• Guide cloud-native hosting, resilience, security and observability
• Champion API-first developer practices and technical documentation
• Deliver training and advisory support to product and engineering teams

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or a related field
• Ten years of international enterprise-IT experience focused on integration architecture, API management and platform governance
• Five years leading multidisciplinary technical teams
• Expertise in API lifecycle management, microservices, event-driven architecture and cloud platforms
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Git and Agile delivery
• English proficiency

• Remote consultancy under a CST Level 2 contract
