Responsibilities
- Ensure deployed applications operate reliably and follow approved operational procedures
- Anticipate technical needs, diagnose problems and guide users on supported technologies
- Design application solutions and train support teams on their operation
- Maintain technical and functional documentation for assigned applications
- Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service-level commitments
- Manage ticket backlogs and monitor product requests proactively
- Plan and execute system, integration and user-acceptance testing
- Support legacy-application retirement, data migration, archival and service transition
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in information management, with a human-resources or IT-related field considered relevant
- Three to six years of overall professional experience
- Experience in coding and system configuration
- Experience in business analysis
- Experience configuring workflows, forms, business rules, roles and permissions
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, authentication mechanisms and data exchange
- Ability to analyse logs, troubleshoot technical issues and conduct root-cause analysis
- Fluency in English
