Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, supporting tables and budget-proposal documentation
- Monitor expenditures, allotments and budget performance and prepare adjustments
- Validate contingent-owned equipment, uniformed personnel and other complex claims
- Maintain financial databases and verify the accuracy and consistency of input data
- Draft financial correspondence, reports and management information analyses
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Seven years of relevant finance, budget, accounting or administrative experience, reduced to five with a first-level university degree or higher
- Experience applying financial rules, regulations and procedures
- Experience using finance, budgeting or accounting ERP systems
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- English at UN Level II
