Responsibilities
- Act as Certifying Officer for travel and other commitments
- Review, analyse, and prepare annual programme budgets and revisions
- Monitor budget implementation and expenditures, recommending fund reallocation
- Process requisitions for goods, services, consultants, and travel, ensuring compliance and fund availability
- Monitor extrabudgetary resources and contribution agreements for compliance
- Assist in preparing budget performance submissions and reports, analysing variances
- Provide guidance, training, and daily supervision to general service staff
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- A minimum of ten years of experience in finance, budget, accounting, administrative services or related area is required
