Responsibilities
- Co-create a vision and roadmap for finance innovation and transformation
- Lead redesign of the finance operating model through technology and automation
- Drive ERP transformation and change management across the Finance Division
- Direct the Division's work portfolio and manage human and financial resources
- Lead accounting policy development and ensure compliance with WIPO financial rules and IPSAS
- Oversee treasury, investment management and strategic banking relationships
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in accounting, finance or a relevant subject
- First-level university degree with two additional years of relevant professional experience may be accepted
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACA or CPA
- At least 15 years of professional experience in finance or accounting, including at least seven years at international level
- Substantial managerial experience, including managing multicultural teams
- Experience contributing substantively to finance digital transformation and ERP implementation projects
- Excellent written and spoken English
