Overview
Support delivery of Armenia’s climate transparency projects through planning, administration, partnerships, monitoring and financial oversight. The associate coordinates events and procurement, tracks results, risks and budgets, prepares donor reports and strengthens knowledge sharing and stakeholder capacity.

Responsibilities
- Compile workplans, budgets and implementation arrangements for climate-transparency projects
- Support project delivery and verify the quality of consultant, beneficiary and contractor outputs
- Apply UNDP operational procedures and coordinate events, procurement, recruitment and records
- Maintain partnerships and feedback mechanisms with government, United Nations and civil-society stakeholders
- Implement monitoring systems and analyse progress against targets
- Track risks, expenditures and commitments and recommend corrective action
- Prepare project, financial and donor reports
- Organise training and disseminate project knowledge, tools and lessons
Requirements
- Secondary education
- At least six years of administrative or project experience with secondary education, or three years with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, social sciences, economics or an equivalent field
- Experience using computers, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, web-based management systems and advanced spreadsheet and database packages
- Fluency in English and Armenian
