Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day delivery of the Green Digital Portfolio and its three strategic shifts
- Maintain workplans and track progress, risks, decisions and follow-up actions
- Document evidence and learning for portfolio review, adaptation and resource mobilisation
- Build partnerships with Pokhara municipality, businesses, academia, youth and civil society
- Operationalise joint-management arrangements and facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops
- Coordinate user research for business-registration service design and youth entrepreneur personas
- Translate user needs into targeted entrepreneurship interventions
- Mainstream gender and social inclusion across consultation, research and portfolio decisions
Requirements
- At least seven years of experience in project management, local development, partnership building or multi-stakeholder programme implementation
- At least three years of practical enterprise-development experience
- Experience working with municipal government, private-sector entities and civil-society organisations in Nepal
- Fluency in Nepali and English
