Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day delivery of the Green Digital Portfolio and its three strategic shifts
  • Maintain workplans and track progress, risks, decisions and follow-up actions
  • Document evidence and learning for portfolio review, adaptation and resource mobilisation
  • Build partnerships with Pokhara municipality, businesses, academia, youth and civil society
  • Operationalise joint-management arrangements and facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops
  • Coordinate user research for business-registration service design and youth entrepreneur personas
  • Translate user needs into targeted entrepreneurship interventions
  • Mainstream gender and social inclusion across consultation, research and portfolio decisions

Requirements

  • At least seven years of experience in project management, local development, partnership building or multi-stakeholder programme implementation
  • At least three years of practical enterprise-development experience
  • Experience working with municipal government, private-sector entities and civil-society organisations in Nepal
  • Fluency in Nepali and English
