Sustainability and Partnership Management Expert for Productive Projects

Assesses and strengthens productive initiatives supporting Colombia’s transition to licit economies and territorial peace. The assignment analyses operational viability, identifies risks and capacity gaps, develops sustainability recommendations, and coordinates public, private and civil-society partners around project delivery.

Department: Peace, Justice and Crisis Response

• Assess the technical, organisational, territorial and operational conditions affecting productive initiatives
• Identify capacity, planning, management and community-ownership needs that influence project sustainability
• Develop recommendations to improve the viability and consolidation of initiatives supporting licit economies
• Review workplans, schedules, reports and technical inputs to identify progress, gaps and corrective actions
• Identify operational risks, bottlenecks and territorial constraints and propose mitigation measures
• Produce monitoring matrices, technical briefs, progress reports and decision-support analysis
• Coordinate public, private and civil-society actors and track commitments supporting project implementation

• University degree in psychology, political science, government, international relations, economics, public administration, law, sociology, social work, social sciences or a related field
• At least eight years of professional experience in international cooperation, social or productive project management, public-private coordination, public policy, vulnerable-population support or territorial development
• Experience identifying, formulating, negotiating, managing or monitoring international-cooperation projects and strategic partnerships
• Experience with projects serving vulnerable people, conflict victims, migrants or communities undergoing return, relocation or reintegration
• Knowledge of human rights, peacebuilding, territorial development, sustainability and do-no-harm approaches
• Spanish is required

• Extension depends on funding, operational need and satisfactory performance, but renewal is not currently foreseen
