Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation of the BRIDGE and Sahel social-contract projects with UNDP country offices
- Develop a civil-society toolkit for inclusive participation in political transitions and early warning
- Organise women's political-participation dialogues, diaspora engagement and transitional-justice peer exchanges
- Support African Union platforms for women and youth participation in governance and transitional justice
- Monitor workplans, budgets, results frameworks and donor requirements across AFSIT activities
- Engage regional organisations, civil society, donors and development partners and map funding opportunities
- Produce policy briefs, donor reports, analytical products, toolkits and programme communications
- Support procurement, consultant recruitment, contract management and financial tracking
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in political science, international relations, development studies, governance, public policy or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least two years of relevant experience with a master's degree, or four years with a bachelor's degree, in management advisory services and development-project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation
- Fluency in English
