Overview
Advises UNDP Togo on governance policy, country-programme design and effective management of projects and portfolios. The analyst develops policy analysis, supports partnerships and resource mobilization, monitors programme performance and strengthens government and UN partner capacity.

Responsibilities
- Analyse governance policies, programme evidence and research for country-office advice
- Integrate policy guidance into country-programme frameworks and projects
- Prepare programme evaluations, reports and donor-facing policy materials
- Develop partnerships, concept notes and project proposals for resource mobilization
- Plan and monitor governance projects, budgets, risks and performance reporting
- Coordinate training, knowledge exchange and capacity development for governance partners
- Support UN inter-agency coordination and government engagement on governance priorities
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business administration, public administration, economics, political science, social sciences or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree with two additional years of relevant experience
- No professional experience is required with a relevant master’s degree; at least two years is required with a bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in French and Ewe is required for local personnel
- Experience using office software, databases and online management systems such as ERP platforms
