Youth Digital Hubs Programme Consultant

Coordinate ITU’s global Youth Digital Hubs programme from Geneva, onboarding academic hubs, guiding focal points, organising digital-learning and youth-engagement activities, monitoring participation and results, and refining toolkits and reports for the pilot’s expansion.

Department: Gender and Youth Office

• Implement the global Youth Digital Hubs programme and rollout plan
• Onboard and operationalise hubs with academic institutions
• Coordinate learning sessions, events and youth-engagement activities
• Guide hub focal points on requirements, opportunities and reporting
• Manage relationships with ITU teams, academia and external partners
• Analyse engagement reports and track programme outputs
• Refine hub toolkits, templates, guidance and communication materials
• Organise a global virtual showcase and prepare pilot reports

• Advanced university degree or equivalent diploma in a relevant field
• At least 3 years of programme coordination, youth engagement, digital development or partnership experience
• Advanced knowledge of English

• Remuneration is USD 165 per working day
• External consultancy with possible renewal
