Responsibilities
- Carry out research and detailed analysis on capacity development and digital skills topics
- Develop and update training materials for instructor-led and self-paced courses
- Deliver training courses per ITU Academy quality assurance guidelines
- Provide conceptual and strategic input to ITU digital skills approaches
- Liaise with stakeholders to support capacity development rollout
- Conduct monitoring and evaluation of capacity development projects
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in telecommunication/ICT, digital technology, management, education, law, economics, international development, engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the field
- Advanced level of English
