Roster - Consultants for Capacity and Digital Skills Development

ITU's Projects, Partnerships & Digital Skills Department is building a roster of consultants to support capacity and digital skills development activities, including training material development, delivery of ITU Academy courses, and digital skills needs analysis. Consultants are engaged for various assignments based on expertise area. Home-based.

• Carry out research and detailed analysis on capacity development and digital skills topics
• Develop and update training materials for instructor-led and self-paced courses
• Deliver training courses per ITU Academy quality assurance guidelines
• Provide conceptual and strategic input to ITU digital skills approaches
• Liaise with stakeholders to support capacity development rollout
• Conduct monitoring and evaluation of capacity development projects

• Advanced university degree in telecommunication/ICT, digital technology, management, education, law, economics, international development, engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the field
• Advanced level of English

• Knowledge of e-learning platforms and instructional theory an advantage

• Remuneration: USD 230-360/day (5-6 yrs experience), USD 280-430/day (7+ yrs experience)
