Responsibilities
- Analyse political, social, economic and environmental trends
- Design and formulate sustainable-development programme interventions
- Oversee project initiation, implementation, revisions and closure
- Monitor programme results, budgets, delivery risks and expenditures
- Prepare donor, corporate and financial reports
- Identify funding opportunities and support resource mobilisation
- Advise government and partners on environmental policy priorities
- Build knowledge, partnerships and staff capacity
Requirements
- Advanced degree with 2 years of relevant experience or bachelor's degree with 4 years
- Experience providing environmental management advice and managing sustainable-development projects in Brazil
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
