Regional Project Management Analyst

Coordinates planning, budgets, risk controls, monitoring and reporting for UNDP’s regional climate, resilience, disaster-risk and energy portfolio, linking country offices and partners while maintaining reliable evidence, financial oversight and learning across West Africa.

Department: Climate Action, Disaster Risk Reduction, Resilience and Energy Portfolio

• Prepare annual workplans and track regional activities against results frameworks and budgets
• Monitor expenditures, process budget revisions and manage advances, payments and reimbursements
• Maintain risk logs, safeguard project assets and coordinate audit readiness and recommendations
• Prepare operational, annual and donor reports and facilitate mid-term and terminal evaluations
• Coordinate country offices, government, civil society and partners across regional implementation
• Draft procurement terms of reference and support contracting of consultants and suppliers
• Organise regional workshops, board meetings, training and associated travel and logistics
• Document lessons, maintain project information systems and support knowledge platforms

• Master’s degree in business or public administration, project management, economics, finance, social sciences, international relations or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree with two additional years of experience
• Two years of relevant experience with a master’s degree or four years with a bachelor’s degree in project management, project support, results-based management, administration, finance or related operations
• Experience using standard office software and web-based enterprise resource-planning platforms
• Full proficiency in English
