Coordinate Burundi's PASEREC water, sanitation and hygiene programme by planning implementation, aligning government, UNICEF, AfDB and development partners, advancing institutional reforms, monitoring results, reporting finances and integrating climate resilience and inclusion.

Department: Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH)

• Coordinate programme planning, implementation and results monitoring
• Align government, UNICEF, AfDB and non-state partners
• Support institutional, organisational and regulatory reforms
• Produce narrative and financial reports
• Integrate gender, inclusion, climate resilience, child protection and safeguarding
• Develop technical approaches, risk controls and resource-mobilisation strategies

• Master degree in project management, civil engineering, water and sanitation, environmental engineering, social sciences or a related field
• At least five years of WASH project-management experience
• Demonstrated WASH coordination and project-management expertise
• Fluent written and spoken French

• Home-based assignment with missions to Bujumbura
• International consultancy
