Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership on water resources management and irrigation modernisation
- Lead diagnostics on water governance, infrastructure performance and investment needs
- Advise on digital and data-driven water management tools
- Prepare technical reports, policy briefs and knowledge products
- Support monitoring and evaluation for water-related interventions
- Develop partnerships, concept notes and donor engagement materials
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in water resources management, irrigation engineering, agricultural engineering, environmental science, climate change, natural resources management or a related field, or bachelor's degree with two additional years of experience
- Minimum five years of relevant experience with a master's degree or seven years with a bachelor's degree
- Experience in water resources management, irrigation modernisation or agricultural water management
- Fluency in English is required
