Overview
Supports UNDP Bhutan’s climate-resilient urban and disaster-resilient infrastructure projects through research, document control, workshop logistics, stakeholder coordination and basic data analysis for project teams, municipalities and government counterparts.

Responsibilities
- Research climate-resilient urban development, planning policy and sustainable infrastructure
- Compile and maintain project documents, reports, records and knowledge products
- Support review and formatting of technical documents and briefs
- Coordinate logistics and participation for workshops, training and stakeholder meetings
- Prepare meeting notes, minutes and follow-up action lists
- Gather project data from municipalities, field offices and partners and conduct preliminary analysis
- Maintain project data and information systems and provide administrative support
Requirements
- Current enrolment in a university degree, final-year enrolment, or graduation within the past year with internship commencement within one year
- Bhutanese nationality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Working communication capability in English and Dzongkha
