Responsibilities
- Design capacity-enhancement inputs for mine-action programmes
- Strengthen national institutional governance, policy and ownership
- Monitor third-party contracts, grants and technical compliance
- Integrate gender, inclusion and safeguarding into capacity activities
- Advise UNMAS leaders on capacity-building practice and indicators
- Support mine-action policy engagement and resource mobilisation
- Mentor West Bank personnel and coordinate stakeholder engagement
Requirements
- Advanced degree with 5 years of relevant experience or bachelor's degree with 7 years
- Project-management experience in humanitarian, conflict or development settings
- At least 2 years of capacity-enhancement or capacity-building experience
- Fluency in English and Arabic
