Overview
Coordinate IOM Iraq’s durable-solutions and reintegration projects for displaced people and returnees. The senior associate will lead field implementation, manage budgets and compliance, analyse displacement evidence, coordinate partners, deliver capacity building, supervise staff and develop reports and projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and adaptation of durable-solutions and reintegration projects
- Research and analyse displacement policy, programme and operational evidence
- Monitor budgets and coordinate financial, administrative and technical compliance
- Convene partners and deliver capacity-building workshops
- Prepare reports, procedures, policies and project concepts and supervise staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in political or social sciences, international relations, development studies, migration studies, human rights, law or related field with five years of experience, or high school diploma with seven years
- Experience with displacement research, assessments, protection or reintegration monitoring
- Experience developing data tools, databases or dashboards and supervising data collection
- Fluency in English
