Overview
Manage results-based planning, monitoring and reporting for UNODC’s anti-corruption portfolio. The officer will maintain evidence systems, analyse data, improve digital reporting tools, develop theories of change and workplans, oversee partner agreements, support evaluations and fundraising, and manage donor relationships.

Responsibilities
- Manage results-based planning, monitoring, evaluation and donor reporting
- Gather evidence and analyse data for strategic decisions and programme accountability
- Improve digital monitoring applications and data-collection tools
- Develop theories of change, logical frameworks and costed workplans
- Prepare and oversee partner agreements and maintain donor relationships
Requirements
- Advanced degree in public administration, international relations, law, criminology, economics, programme management, data analytics, statistics, social sciences, development studies or related field, or a first degree with two additional years
- At least five years of programme-management experience in rule of law, anti-corruption or a similar field
- At least three years each in data management and analysis, partner-agreement management, and anti-corruption programme delivery
- English at UN Level II
