National Project Officer (Enterprise Development Fund)

Coordinate quality assurance for IOM Iraq’s Enterprise Development Fund in Dohuk. The officer will oversee environmental and social action plans and milestone verification, support application screening, maintain data and monitoring tools, coordinate reporting and partners, train teams and supervise technical staff.

Department: Livelihoods / Enterprise Development Fund

• Coordinate project operations, administration, finance and quality assurance
• Develop technical tools, workplans, monitoring tools and operating procedures
• Collect and verify data and support longlisting and shortlisting of fund applications
• Coordinate reports, communications and relationships with private-sector and livelihood partners
• Supervise environmental and social action-plan and milestone-verification focal points

• Master’s or university degree in political or social sciences, international relations, development studies, migration studies, human rights, law or related field
• At least two years of relevant professional experience
• Experience liaising with external stakeholders and institutions
• Fluency in English

• Special Short Term Graded contract of up to nine months
• Duty travel is required
