Responsibilities

  • Develop results-based programmes, concept notes and project proposals
  • Review resource requirements, needs, gaps and strategic alignment
  • Support endorsement processes for concept notes and proposals
  • Draft donor reports with country office and regional units
  • Research funding opportunities, donor priorities and calls for proposals
  • Maintain working relationships with donors, government authorities and project partners
  • Draft visibility and resource mobilisation materials and organise donor briefings
  • Maintain project development, correspondence and reporting records

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field with two years of professional experience, or university degree with four years of professional experience
  • Experience supporting results-based project development, reporting, technical writing and editing in the international development or humanitarian sector
  • Work experience in donor relations and grant management for donors of IOM interest
  • Experience with Results Based Management and strategic planning approaches
  • Experience in donor report writing in humanitarian or development settings
  • Fluency in English and French
