Responsibilities
- Develop results-based programmes, concept notes and project proposals
- Review resource requirements, needs, gaps and strategic alignment
- Support endorsement processes for concept notes and proposals
- Draft donor reports with country office and regional units
- Research funding opportunities, donor priorities and calls for proposals
- Maintain working relationships with donors, government authorities and project partners
- Draft visibility and resource mobilisation materials and organise donor briefings
- Maintain project development, correspondence and reporting records
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field with two years of professional experience, or university degree with four years of professional experience
- Experience supporting results-based project development, reporting, technical writing and editing in the international development or humanitarian sector
- Work experience in donor relations and grant management for donors of IOM interest
- Experience with Results Based Management and strategic planning approaches
- Experience in donor report writing in humanitarian or development settings
- Fluency in English and French
