Project Adviser (BOOST) LICA-11

Advises implementation of ITC’s BOOST trade project in Laos, coordinating training and partners, managing workplans and governance follow-up, leading results monitoring and field data collection, reporting progress and risks, and helping businesses meet export standards while strengthening public-private trade cooperation.

• Coordinate BOOST workplans, training, workshops and partner activities
• Provide technical guidance and logistical support to project beneficiaries
• Lead results monitoring, field data collection and evidence-based reporting
• Maintain monitoring tools, risk actions, lessons learned and impact stories
• Support project governance and technical coordination with Lao counterparts

• Advanced university degree in international trade, economics, business administration, development studies or a related field, or first degree with two additional years of experience
• At least seven years of relevant project management, monitoring, evaluation or administration experience
• Experience in Laos and trade-related technical assistance
• Advanced English and knowledge of Lao
• Lao nationality and local residence

• Contract administered by UNOPS on behalf of ITC
• Role involves travel within Laos and potentially within the region
