Associate Programme Officer, DECI/SEC

Supports ITC manufacturing programmes from Geneva. The officer coordinates clients and project delivery, monitors implementation, researches sector trends, designs surveys, analyses and visualises data, contributes to policy and evaluation work, prepares reports and workshops, supports missions and manages budget documentation.

Department: Sector and Enterprise Competitiveness Section

• Coordinate development and implementation of assigned programmes
• Monitor delivery and recommend corrective actions
• Research manufacturing-sector issues and programme operations
• Design surveys and analyse collected responses
• Support policy coordination, evaluations and client assignments
• Prepare analytical notes, reports and publication inputs
• Organise consultations, workshops and field missions
• Coordinate programme budgets, funding submissions and reports
• Analyse trends and produce data visualisations

• Advanced university degree in business, management, economics or a related field, or first degree with additional experience
• At least two years of progressively responsible programme management or administration experience
• English at UN Level III

• One-year fixed-term limited appointment for project-related needs
• Renewal depends on the mandate and available funding
