Responsibilities

  • Coordinate planning and implementation of cash-based interventions across projects and partners
  • Strengthen contract, budget, amendment, risk and audit-readiness management
  • Provide technical leadership on cash-for-work, shelter, grants and related delivery modalities
  • Integrate gender, protection, inclusion and environmental safeguards into programme delivery
  • Institutionalise digital beneficiary management and payment systems with financial partners
  • Develop procedures, tools, user guides and knowledge repositories for consistent delivery
  • Design and deliver capacity building for staff, contractors and responsible partners
  • Translate monitoring evidence and field learning into programme adaptation and scale-up

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in development studies, economics, social sciences or a related field, or a first-level degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
  • At least five years of relevant experience with an advanced degree, or seven years with a first-level degree, managing cash-based interventions in international development organisations
  • Experience designing and monitoring cash-based intervention indicators and reporting results
  • Proficiency with office software, spreadsheets, databases and web-based management systems
  • Fluency in English
