Overview
Manages a low-carbon and climate-resilient local development project in Armenia, coordinating plans, budgets, procurement, partners, monitoring and reporting while building municipal capacity and knowledge to deliver inclusive green investments and citizen-centred services.

Responsibilities
- Prepare costed workplans and manage day-to-day project implementation
- Oversee procurement and human, technical and financial resources
- Build partnerships with government, businesses, civil society and beneficiaries
- Maintain stakeholder analysis and identify opportunities for cooperation and scale-up
- Monitor results, risks, budgets and implementation through field visits and data systems
- Prepare corporate, donor and government reports and ensure project closure
- Organise training, workshops and capacity-building activities
- Document lessons and develop knowledge products and advocacy materials
Requirements
- Master's degree in business administration, public administration, economics, political science, energy science, environmental science or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least two years of relevant experience with a master's degree or four years with a bachelor's degree in management advisory services or development-project design, monitoring and evaluation
- Experience managing project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and supervising personnel
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, web-based systems, spreadsheets and databases
- Knowledge of climate change, green transition, sustainable local development, energy efficiency, renewable energy or climate resilience
- Fluency in English and Armenian
