Responsibilities
- Draft two complete GEF medium-sized project submission packages and associated annexes
- Coordinate and analyse technical reports and data from government focal points and institutional partners
- Develop baseline scenarios and identify barriers to phasing out dental amalgam
- Design project components, outcomes, outputs, activities and theories of change
- Prepare results frameworks, indicators, targets and detailed budget breakdowns
- Develop gender-mainstreaming, stakeholder-engagement, communication and risk-mitigation plans
- Prepare project workplans and terms of reference for key personnel
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in dentistry, public health or a relevant field, or a first-level degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least seven years of international project-management experience including project preparation
- Working knowledge of donor-funded project development and supervision
- Fluency in English with strong drafting and writing skills
